What to expect
- Please come in either the dog or cat side of the entrance
- Bring or fill out the onboarding paperwork (PDFs below)
- We will get a weight on your pet and get you settled into an exam room
- Please let us know if your pet has any special needs or temperament concerns such as anxiety or aggression
- A doctor or tech will be in to get medical history and more information based on your reason for the appointment
- The doctor will examine your pet and conduct any diagnostic tests or discuss treatment plans if needed
- After all questions have been discussed we will take care of payment and any future appointments needed at the front desk. Check out our payment options

Payment Options
- Full payment is required at the time services are rendered. We do not offer payment plans directly through the clinic.
- We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), care credit, and cash. We also accept checks from established clients. **3% fee applied to all cards
When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well. Norfolk Vet Clinic understands this and is able to make some special arrangements through the CareCredit program. With shorter term financing options of 6, 12, 18 or 24 months, no interest is charged on purchases of $200 or more when you make the minimum monthly payments and pay the full amount due by the end of the promotional period. If you do not, interest is charged from the original purchase date. It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application. You may call in your application over the phone for immediate approval, or apply yourself online.
